Definition and scope
The general terms and conditions of sale of products, hereinafter referred to as "the general terms and conditions", apply to all orders placed with Baems tech [Renovation company], whose registered office is located at Schuurkouter 3, Baasrode 9200, registered with the ECB under number 0735556344, (contact email address: info@baemstech.be); hereinafter referred to as "the seller", via the website baemstech.be (hereinafter "the website").

Price and retention of title
The prices shown on the cards of the products in the Internet catalog are prices in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products.

Collection and use of personal data
The main purpose of collecting personal data about users of the site baemstech.be is to identify users for the provision of services and services offered on the site.

Payment methods
The price of the Products and the costs of logistical preparation and delivery are entirely borne by the customer at the time of placing the Order.

Delivery time
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by the seller, the delivery times stated in the special conditions are not strict deadlines. These are provided for information purposes only. The seller's responsibility can only be incurred if the delay is significant and is attributable to him due to his gross negligence.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law, the customer has 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise a right of withdrawal. He can therefore return his product to the seller for an exchange or refund without penalty. The products must be returned in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by the delivery note. Any product damaged and/or where the original packaging has been altered/damaged will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Guarantees
In accordance with Articles 1641 to 1643 of the Civil Code, the seller is obliged to protect products against hidden defects that make the products unsuitable for the use for which they are intended, or that reduce this use so that the customer would not have acquired them or would not use them would have given a lower price if he had known them.

Responsibility
Finally, it is up to the customer to inquire about any restrictions or customs duties imposed by his country regarding the products ordered. Therefore, the seller cannot be held responsible if the customer faces additional restrictions or taxes to be paid due to the policy adopted by his country in this regard.
